Alan T. Edgar has more than 25 years’ experience as project lead in the property development, design and construction sector, having served as Architect, Project Manager, Project Lead, Executive Director, and Managing Director for leading companies including London Square, Ardmore Group, Berkeley Homes, Mount Anvil plc, and London Town plc.

An architect by profession, in recent years he has led the development of major residential, mixed-use and infrastructure construction projects in London.

Executive Director with over 30 years’ experience in property development, design and construction sector. A construction professional with a wide range of skills and expertise gained at all levels within the building and design industry. Determined and persistent with a strong achievement orientated attitude. 

Alan is a decision taker and a leader with the skills necessary to inspire teams to meet deadlines and cost targets. 

Alan is a manager who is willing to listen to individual ideas, combined with the ability to analyse conflicting problems, and to propose and present innovative and effective solutions. Combined site experience with academic study to manage career path and has directed several major and high-rise projects in London.
